โ† AI Solutions ยท Virtual Receptionist

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

When you're on a job, after hours, or on the weekend, your Virtual Receptionist answers every call, takes down the details, and sends them to you instantly. So the customer books with you, not the next company on Google.

Ava is our own Virtual Receptionist. Call her anytime, day or night, and try to stump her.

Every missed call is a customer deciding who to hire.

Most people who reach voicemail don't leave a message. They just call the next business on the list. And it usually happens at the worst times.

7:00 pm

After hours

Customers call when they have time: evenings, after work, on their lunch break. Your office is closed.

Saturday

Weekends

The AC quits, the roof leaks, the pipe bursts. Whoever answers first usually gets the job.

On a job

Hands full

You're with a customer or up on a ladder. You can't answer, and you can't call everyone back fast enough.

What are missed calls costing your business?

Move the sliders to match your business. It takes 30 seconds, and the number usually surprises people.

Nights, weekends, and while you're busy. Most owners guess 3โ€“10.
Not every call is a new customer. Half is a common, conservative guess.

How it works

No new phone system, no new number, and nothing for you to learn. We set it up for you.

1

A customer calls

They call your same business number, just like always.

2

You can't answer

If you're busy or closed, the call goes to your Virtual Receptionist instead of voicemail.

3

She takes care of it

She answers friendly and fast, gets their name, number and what they need, and can book them on your calendar.

4

You get the details

You get an instant text or email with everything, so you can follow up before a competitor does.

Common questions

Will my customers know it's AI?

Yes. Your Virtual Receptionist lets callers know she's an AI receptionist. Most people don't mind at all, because she's friendly, quick, and actually helps them, which beats a voicemail box every time.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your customers keep calling the number they already know. Calls you can't answer simply forward to your Virtual Receptionist. We'll walk you through the setting on your phone.

Does she answer every call, or only the ones I miss?

Your choice. Most businesses have her pick up only when they can't answer, plus after hours. If you'd rather she answer everything, we can set that up too.

How do I find out who called?

After every call, you get a text or email with the caller's name, number, what they need, and a short summary of the conversation.

How much does it cost?

It's a simple monthly plan with a one-time setup, and no long-term contract. Call or message Martin for details on what it would look like for your business. For most businesses, catching even one extra job a month covers it.

How long does setup take?

Usually just a few days. We'll ask you a few quick questions about your business, build and test your receptionist, and help you turn on call forwarding.
